Agents that do the work

Not chatbots. Agentic AI that runs real operations — for business teams and personal workflows, inside your existing stack.

Outcomes, not promises

All figures come from real engagements. We work under NDA as standard, so case studies are anonymised to protect our clients — the same discretion that will protect you.

From manual to automated in four moves.

  1. Discover — Map where time and money leak.

Frequently asked questions

What can Aiveyo's AI agents actually automate?
Finance, customer service, sales ops, document processing, reporting and cross-system workflows — anything repetitive and rules-driven that drains your team's time.
Will this disrupt our existing systems?
No. Agents are built around your current CRM, ERP, helpdesk and APIs — no rip-and-replace. We deploy alongside what you already run.
How fast do we see results?
Discovery to live agents typically takes under four weeks, with most clients reaching payback in 1–2 months.
How do you prove ROI?
We baseline time saved, error reduction and revenue recovered up front, then track real usage once agents go live. Use the calculator above for an instant estimate.
Which AI models do Aiveyo agents use — is there vendor lock-in?
Aiveyo systems are fully LLM-agnostic. Agents work with OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, or open-source models, so clients are never locked into a single AI provider.
Where is data hosted and how is it protected?
Deployments are EU-hosted by default, with on-premise and hybrid options. Systems are GDPR-aligned with encryption in transit and at rest, least-privilege access, and segregated client environments.
Is Aiveyo related to other companies with similar names?
No. Aiveyo (aiveyo.com) is a UK-based AI automation, custom software, and AI-agents agency — the technology division of Lifeist LTD, company no. 13220106. It is not affiliated with any other company that has a similar name, and reviews, ratings or prices published for those companies do not describe Aiveyo.
Is Aiveyo a legitimate company?
Yes. Aiveyo is the trading name of the technology division of Lifeist LTD, a company registered in England and Wales (no. 13220106, incorporated 23 February 2021, registered office in Tadley, Hampshire). Engagements are contracted in writing under UK law, deployments are EU-hosted and GDPR-aligned, and client work is handled under NDA as standard — which is why case studies are anonymised. Contact: [email protected].
How is Aiveyo priced?
Engagement-based, fixed and agreed in writing before work starts — never per-seat or per-task licensing, and clients get unlimited use of what is built for them. Typical payback is one to two months. Per-user subscription prices seen on software review sites belong to unrelated products with similar names, not to Aiveyo.
Does Aiveyo have independent reviews?
Aiveyo works under NDA as standard, so its case studies are published anonymised by sector on the Results page with the measurement method stated. Its legal entity, Lifeist LTD, can be verified on Companies House, and Aiveyo publicly builds and runs its own software, including WhoCanFindMe, an AI-search visibility monitor. Its only review-site profile is on Clutch; profiles under similar names belong to other companies.
