AI Assistants & Chatbots
Assistants that answer from your knowledge — for customers, teams, and leadership.
Support assistants that deflect real ticket volume because they are grounded in your documentation. Internal assistants that make scattered company knowledge answerable. Meeting intelligence that turns conversations into notes and actions automatically. All with escalation design, so a human is one step away when it matters.

Frequently asked questions
- How is this different from the chatbot add-on our helpdesk already offers?
- Helpdesk add-ons answer from one scripted knowledge base and stop there. We ground assistants in the places your knowledge actually lives: Confluence, SharePoint, policy PDFs buried on a shared drive. Every answer carries a citation. And because we're LLM-agnostic with no per-seat licensing, the assistant slots into the helpdesk and CRM you already pay for rather than becoming yet another platform. Escalation to your team is designed in from day one, not bolted on afterwards.
- Where does our data go, and how do you stop the assistant making things up?
- It stays on EU-based, GDPR-aligned hosting, and because we're not tied to any one model vendor, we can run whatever configuration your data policy requires. The assistant answers only from sources you've approved, cites them, and is built to say 'I don't know' and hand over to a human rather than guess. One thing we won't claim is that any language model can be made incapable of error. It can't, which is exactly why grounding, citations and escalation come as standard in everything we ship.
- How long until it's answering real questions from customers?
- We start with a scoped pilot: one high-volume topic, grounded in documents you already have, tested in a staging channel before a single customer sees it. Expect weeks rather than months. The slow part is almost never the AI; it's usually the state of your documentation, and sorting that out with you is part of the build.
- When would you tell us not to build one?
- Three situations. If your documentation is thin or contradicts itself, an assistant will faithfully amplify the mess, so we'd start with a knowledge clean-up instead. If volumes are low and every enquiry is genuinely bespoke, a well-routed human reply is the better product. And wherever an answer would amount to regulated advice, medical or financial, the assistant's job is to gather context and hand over, not to answer.
