Manufacturing automation solutions

We automate the paperwork spine of plants that run on ISO 9001 and IATF 16949: NCR triage, supplier 8D chasing, PPAP assembly, cert checks at goods-in, OEE reporting out of the MES. Judgement stays with your quality and production engineers; the chasing and cross-checking stops eating their week. Everything is built around the ERP, MES and QMS you already run.

How we help

Systems we work with in this sector

We build around the estate you have: SAP, Infor LN or Epicor as ERP; Ignition or Siemens Opcenter on the shop floor; ETQ Reliance or Ideagen Q-Pulse as QMS; Windchill or Teamcenter for PLM; CMMS such as Fiix.

Frequently asked questions

Our drawings and quality records sit under NDAs and customer-specific requirements. Where does your AI actually run?
On EU-hosted infrastructure, with your data segregated per client and never used to train shared models. Access is scoped to what each automation needs — read-only wherever possible — and covered by a data processing agreement. Drawings, control plans and complaint records stay inside that boundary; nothing routes through consumer AI tools.
We run a heavily customised SAP ECC and a QMS full of workflows. Can you integrate without breaking anything?
We work through supported interfaces: IDocs, BAPIs and OData for SAP, REST APIs for most QMS and MES platforms, ODBC or scheduled exports where nothing better exists. We read before we write, and anything writing back passes the same validation your own users face. Your existing workflows stay untouched; the automation sits alongside them.
What should we not automate in a plant like ours?
Decisions that carry the liability: NCR disposition, concession approval, PSW sign-off, anything touching a safety or regulatory characteristic. We automate the assembly, chasing and cross-checking around those decisions, and the record shows a named person made the call. If a task needs an engineer's judgement, the system's job is to bring the evidence, not to decide.
Where do most manufacturers start?
One contained, document-heavy loop with a clear owner — supplier 8D chasing, cert checks at goods-in, or the morning OEE report. We deploy it against systems you already run, you judge it on closed NCRs and chased actions, and it extends only if it earns it. No per-seat licensing means the pilot does not commit you to a rollout.
