What our agents actually delivered

Every figure below comes from a real engagement, measured against the client's own baseline before deployment. Client names stay confidential — we work under NDA as standard, and the same discretion will protect you.

How these numbers are measured

Before anything is built, we record the baseline: hours spent, error rates, response times, revenue outstanding. After go-live we measure the same things the same way. Figures are rounded, taken over the first year unless stated, and reported as the client's own systems recorded them.

Where a number depends on a client's cost assumptions — ROI and payback especially — it reflects that client's figures, not a model of ours. Different businesses get different results; these are outcomes we have seen, not promises of what you will get.

What these numbers are not

They are not a guarantee, an average, or an industry benchmark. They are what specific systems did for specific clients whose processes, data quality and volumes we knew. A process audit measures your baseline first, so any number we quote you afterwards is yours rather than someone else's.

Want numbers from your own operation?

A process audit maps where time and money actually go and produces the baseline any honest ROI claim needs. [email protected]
