E-commerce automation solutions
We automate the gap between order placed and parcel delivered: WISMO deflection grounded in live carrier data, returns triage, marketplace feed hygiene and inventory reconciliation. Our agents work inside your existing stack — storefront, OMS, WMS, helpdesk — rather than adding another platform your team has to check.
Use cases
- Answers WISMO tickets in Gorgias or Zendesk from live carrier scans, not a templated apology
- Triages RMAs against your returns policy, issues the label, and flags serial returners for human review
- Watches Amazon and bol.com listings for suppressions, buy-box loss and pricing errors, alerting the channel owner
- Reconciles stock between Shopify, your 3PL's WMS and marketplace feeds so oversells stop at the source
- Spots stalled parcels and delivery exceptions in carrier data, contacting the customer before they contact you
- Cleans product feeds — GTINs, categories, image rules — before Google Merchant Center disapproves them
- Compiles carrier claims for lost or damaged parcels with tracking evidence and proof of value attached
- Matches chargebacks to order, delivery and fraud-screening data, then assembles the representment pack for review
Common workflow problems
- The support queue is dominated by WISMO tickets your agents answer by opening the same tracking page the customer already has.
- A busy weekend oversells because the 3PL's stock file and Shopify drifted apart overnight.
- Amazon suppresses a best-seller over one feed attribute and nobody notices until the weekly sales report.
- Returns pile up in totes, refunds go out late, and the chargebacks and one-star reviews follow.
- Carrier claims for lost parcels expire unfiled because gathering the evidence costs more time than anyone has.
How we help
- We connect storefront, OMS, WMS and helpdesk through their native APIs — or the 3PL's flat-file exports when that's what exists.
- Support replies are grounded in the actual order and carrier scan history, and the agent cites what it read.
- Anything touching money — refunds over your threshold, goodwill credits, chargeback responses — queues for one-click human approval with evidence attached.
- Feed and listing monitors alert a named owner with the exact failing attribute, not a generic error digest.
- Customer PII stays in your systems: agents read per ticket over scoped tokens, EU-hosted and GDPR-aligned, nothing warehoused.
Systems we work with in this sector
We work around Shopify, Adobe Commerce (Magento), WooCommerce, Amazon Seller Central, ChannelEngine, Gorgias, Zendesk, Klaviyo, Sendcloud and Linnworks, plus whatever your 3PL exposes.
Frequently asked questions
- Order data is customer PII under GDPR — where does it actually go?
- It stays in your stack. Agents read the specific order and tracking records they need per ticket through scoped API tokens, on EU-hosted infrastructure, under a DPA that makes us your processor. Card data never enters the picture — that remains tokenised with your payment provider.
- Our 3PL only offers SFTP flat files, and the rest is Shopify Plus with ChannelEngine — workable?
- Yes. We build connectors around what each system actually exposes: native APIs for Shopify and ChannelEngine, scheduled flat-file ingestion for the 3PL. Stock reconciliation across mixed interfaces like that is one of the most common things we deploy.
- What would you tell us not to automate?
- Full-auto refunds and complaint resolution, at least at first. A customer with a damaged order or a missed delivery window wants a person with authority, so we automate the evidence-gathering and the draft, and a human sends it. Blanket auto-responses to chargebacks and legal threats are also off the table.
- Where's the sensible starting point for a store our size?
- WISMO deflection or returns triage, because both are high-volume, bounded, and grounded in data you already hold. A tracking-grounded WISMO agent goes live without touching any money paths, which keeps the risk low while your team learns to trust it. Feed monitoring is a common second step.
