Aiveyo

E-commerce automation solutions

We automate the gap between order placed and parcel delivered: WISMO deflection grounded in live carrier data, returns triage, marketplace feed hygiene and inventory reconciliation. Our agents work inside your existing stack — storefront, OMS, WMS, helpdesk — rather than adding another platform your team has to check.

How we help

Systems we work with in this sector

We work around Shopify, Adobe Commerce (Magento), WooCommerce, Amazon Seller Central, ChannelEngine, Gorgias, Zendesk, Klaviyo, Sendcloud and Linnworks, plus whatever your 3PL exposes.

Frequently asked questions

Order data is customer PII under GDPR — where does it actually go?
It stays in your stack. Agents read the specific order and tracking records they need per ticket through scoped API tokens, on EU-hosted infrastructure, under a DPA that makes us your processor. Card data never enters the picture — that remains tokenised with your payment provider.
Our 3PL only offers SFTP flat files, and the rest is Shopify Plus with ChannelEngine — workable?
Yes. We build connectors around what each system actually exposes: native APIs for Shopify and ChannelEngine, scheduled flat-file ingestion for the 3PL. Stock reconciliation across mixed interfaces like that is one of the most common things we deploy.
What would you tell us not to automate?
Full-auto refunds and complaint resolution, at least at first. A customer with a damaged order or a missed delivery window wants a person with authority, so we automate the evidence-gathering and the draft, and a human sends it. Blanket auto-responses to chargebacks and legal threats are also off the table.
Where's the sensible starting point for a store our size?
WISMO deflection or returns triage, because both are high-volume, bounded, and grounded in data you already hold. A tracking-grounded WISMO agent goes live without touching any money paths, which keeps the risk low while your team learns to trust it. Feed monitoring is a common second step.
