Sales & Outreach Automation
Pipelines that fill themselves: sourcing, personalisation, sending infrastructure, and CRM updates handled end-to-end.
We build outbound engines the unglamorous way that works: clean lead sourcing and enrichment, AI personalisation that reads like a person, deliverability engineering (separate sending domains, warmup, volume control), and CRM sync so follow-ups never drop. Compliance-aware targeting is part of the design, not an afterthought.
- Consistent outbound volume without the manual grind
- Sender reputation protected by deliverability engineering
- A CRM that stays clean while the engine runs
What this usually includes
- Lead sourcing, enrichment, and list-quality controls
- AI-personalised sequences with human-grade copy
- Sending infrastructure: domains, warmup, volume management
- CRM sync, follow-up automation, and reply routing
Best fit for
- Founders and teams without dedicated SDR capacity
- B2B firms whose outbound is inconsistent or hand-cranked
- RevOps teams tired of dirty CRM data and dropped follow-ups
A delivery approach grounded in operations, not hype
- Define the ICP, data sources, and compliance boundaries
- Build the infrastructure and sequences, then ramp carefully
- Monitor deliverability and replies, tune continuously
What we can build for you
- A prospector for SaaS teams that watches hiring pages and tech-stack changes, then writes the opener around what it saw: six new SDR vacancies, a move to Salesforce
- Freight brokers get an outbound engine that spots shippers advertising new lanes and puts the route itself in the opening line
- For commercial lenders, a pipeline that flags firms filing planning applications and drafts an introduction grounded in the public record
- First contact for medical device distributors, tailored by speciality and timed to the week a new clinic registers
- Keep a law firm's referral network warm: accountants and brokers each get short notes on their own sector, not one newsletter blasted to the whole list
- Manufacturers recruiting distributors: the engine reads each candidate's current product lines before writing a word, then pitches the gap in their range
- Wholesale prospecting by category and postcode, with openers that mention what is already on the shop's shelves
- When a tender appears on a public procurement portal, your bid team gets a drafted expression of interest rather than a link to go and read
- Sequences for EU expansion written natively in German, French or Dutch, because a translated English email always reads like one
- An agent that reads every reply, books the interested, unsubscribes the annoyed and logs the lot in your CRM
Frequently asked questions
- Will this work with our existing CRM, or do we need to migrate?
- No migration. We build around whatever you already run: Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive, or something older and stranger. Replies, meeting bookings and stage changes are written back automatically, so your team keeps working where they always have. Your side of the build amounts to a kick-off call and copy approval, not engineering time.
- Is cold email even legal under GDPR?
- Cold email to work addresses can rest on legitimate interest, but the rules genuinely differ across the EU, and a few markets, Germany among them, effectively expect opt-in. We build for that from the start: lawfully sourced data, suppression lists, instant opt-out handling, EU hosting throughout. And where a market's rules make cold email a bad idea, we say so and design a different route in rather than pretending otherwise.
- We already pay for a sequencing tool. What would you actually add?
- The tool that sends emails is the cheapest part of outbound. What fails is everything around it: list quality, enrichment, copy that survives a human read, deliverability, and the CRM hygiene nobody owns. We build and run that whole engine, tool-agnostic, with no per-seat licences of our own. If a send button really is all you are missing, you do not need us.
- How long before the first emails go out?
- Sourcing, copy and CRM plumbing come together fast. Warm-up is the constraint: new sending domains have to earn a reputation before they can carry real volume, and we will not shortcut it, because rushed warm-up is how senders get burnt. Expect a ramp rather than a flipped switch. Doing it on separate warmed domains also keeps your main company domain out of the firing line.
